150mm Steam Line and 80mm Pipe Installation
For this project, we were tasked with the fabrication and installation of a 150mm Schedule 40 mild steel steam line spanning approximately 130 meters. Our team expertly fabricated and installed four 150mm steam loops, alongside a single 80mm steam loop. Additionally, all 80mm Schedule 40 steam pipes, including take-offs in the house area, were fabricated and installed.
We ensured the installation of all necessary valves and applied a red oxide undercoat to the piping for corrosion protection. Any additional work requested was handled with precision and charged accordingly. This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, durable piping solutions tailored to specific industrial needs.
